1.1 I have no invoice or order confirmation?
You will receive your invoice to your email address that was specified when ordering. Because of the increasingly stringent measures against spam various providers can prevent these emails. If you have not received these emails you should check first if they are not in your spambox.
1.2 I ordered the wrong product, can I return my purchase?
Unwanted items maybe exchanged providing they are returned to us within 14 Days of purchase and with your original receipt. All returned items must be returned in the condition they were received in (including labels and original packaging). The shipping costs for the return are your responsibility.
1.3 What if you have received a product that you didn't ordered?
If you get a product that you didn't ordered, you can return it to us, we will then ensure that you promptly get the product that you have ordered. The returned product must be unopened and be complete in the original packaging. If this is not the case or if the product shows wear, we can unfortunately not take back the product.

You should check the delivered product before you open the package.

The shipping costs are per order.

We do our best to give you fast and good service. If you have a complaint, you should as soon as possible contact us. You can contact us via the ticket system or by email [email protected] Describe the complaint accurate, articles listed in the order and the date of purchase.
